Damage Insurance

Damage insurance is available for purchase and covers accidental damage to the garment during your rental.

Damage insurance covers up to $100 worth of specialist cleaning costs OR $100 worth of seamstress repairs to our garments.

The damage insurance cost is scaled based on the RRP of the garment.

Further terms & conditions regarding our damage insurance are available in our rental agreement.

    Has been noted to fit big to label, particularly at the bust.
    Adjustable back ties and adjustable straps allows for fitting down or up.

    Return dates - Must be the next working day (Return dates cannot be a Saturday or Sunday for postal based orders as the postal system only operates Monday-Friday).

    Our system automatically blocks out 3/4 days either side of each rental - to allow space and time for turnarounds, as well some extra security in the event of unforeseen delays!

    Please note all orders made less than 3 full working days prior to the rental start date or after the Wednesday 2pm postal cut off are made at the renters own risk of not arriving. These are considered late orders.

    Saturday delivery- Saturday delivery can be used on orders placed after the Wednesday 2pm cut off. However this is at your own risk. Please select Saturday delivery as your shipping option & email us to let us know you would like us to send this order.

    Felix Dress

    Everything was good except for the dress itself. Looked nothing like the pictures. There was a note in the description saying it may be more dull than the images but it was so much worse than I thought. Looks like a completely different dress. A shame there’s not an image of what the actual dress looks like for reference.

    It was super good, the bottom of the dress, where it fits around the hips is getting a little bit loose but other then that it was awesome.
