Date selection when renting with us
Return dates
For postal rentals, your return date must be the next working day after your rental. Return dates cannot fall on a Saturday or Sunday, as NZ Post operates Monday–Friday.
For pick-up rentals, you can select the return date based on when you are able to return the garment to our studio parcel drop. Our parcel drop is available at all times for returns.
When to select the day before your event as your start date
We recommend choosing the day before your event if:
- Your delivery address is rural
- Your event starts early in the day
- You are travelling to your event early
Otherwise, your event date should be selected as your rental start date.
Our booking system already automatically blocks out buffer days either side of each rental. This allows enough time for returns, cleaning and turnaround between bookings, while also providing some extra protection in the event of unexpected courier delays.
