We no longer operate a waitlist.

Try-on availability is released one week in advance only and typically fills very quickly due to demand.

As a small business, our team balances try-ons alongside garment cleaning and order fulfilment which take up the majority of our work hours, so we are unable to add extra appointments or “squeeze in” additional bookings.

Alternatives to Try-Ons:

• Use our measurement guides & recommended fits.
• Book a backup—get 20% off when renting 2+ garments for a single event (code: BACKUP). One must remain unworn.

Try-On Info

• Location: Milford, Auckland (address is provided on a secondary booking email - this may sort to your spam/ junk mail)
• Times: We are closed on weekends, all try ons are operated on afternoons/ evenings throughout the working week.
• Duration: 30 minutes
• Cost: $30 (redeemable if you book within 7 days). Must be redeemed by the person who booked the try on. This fee reflects that our primary business is order fulfilment rather than fittings, so appointments are limited and intended for customers who are genuinely interested in renting with us.
• Booking Limit: 1 try-on per week. Each slot is individually booked.
• Fitting Room: Single curtained space for 1 person. You may bring 1 friend or family member only. 
• Garment Availability: No holds or guarantees—rentals take priority. Garment calendars can provide some insight into whether garments will be out on rental. You may also check with us.
• Refunds: Refunds are only offered should we be able to rebook your slot. The refund will be minus a $10 admin charge.
• Payment: Eftpos available.
• Accessibility: The studio has stairs, but wheelchair users can view the studio from below the doorway.
• Additional Notes: No bags, no makeup/fake tan, arrive on time as slots are back to back. Redeemable try on fees cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
• Silk Natalie Rolt Gowns & dry clean only garments: These are not available for try on as they must remain clean following dry cleaning & are often undergoing dry cleaning between rentals. 

We do not offer Postal or Weekend Try-Ons

• However you may rent via standard booking and write "TRY ON" in shipping notes.

• If you later wish to book the same garment again for your event, we offer 25% off the second booking of the same garment (email us with your first order details to set this up).
