Return dates - Must be the next working day (Return dates cannot be a Saturday or Sunday for postal based orders as the postal system only operates Monday-Friday).

Our system automatically blocks out 3/4 days either side of each rental - to allow space and time for turnarounds, as well some extra security in the event of unforeseen delays!

Absolutely amazing service! I got advised early on that my rental may not arrive which was stressful but FDR made the whole situation a breeze. Offered to send out another rental of choice (or a refund) and on top of that if they did get my original dress back that I ordered they will send overnight delivery with Saturday delivery on it (no extra charge to me). I ended up with both dresses arriving so quickly! One very happy renter xx
