Date selection when renting with us!
Return dates - Must be the next working day (Return dates cannot be a Saturday or Sunday for postal based orders as the postal system only operates Monday-Friday).
Exceptions to the event date = start date: Please choose the day before your event date if: 1. Your postal address is in a rural area, 2. Your event starts early in the day, or 3. You are traveling to your event early.
Our system automatically blocks out 3/4 days either side of each rental - to allow space and time for turnarounds, as well some extra security in the event of unforeseen delays!

Here are a few simple tips to help you care for your garment when renting from us! Renting is circular, do your part!

Avoid washing or altering our garments in any way, including temporary alterations.

Choose your bags and jewelry carefully—especially bracelets that could snag or pull on the fabric.

Use Clutch Glue instead of boob tape—it’s residue-free and gentler on the fabric. Please refrain from using tape with rental garments as it causes damage to the fabric.

Be cautious with full-length garments—lift them when you're outside to prevent dragging.

Ensure the garment’s length fits you well. For lighter fabrics, use Clutch Glue for any temporary hemming.

Check the care label before ironing to make sure you’re treating the fabric correctly.

Be mindful while wearing the garment to preserve its condition. Avoid coloured drinks, alcohol spillage, mud etc.

If you plan on wearing fake tan, wash it off twice before putting on our garments.

Local (Milford Pick-Up)
Our Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- We recommend emailing us for any orders requiring collection less than 24 hours after order placement.
- Local orders can be packed for same-week collection up until Friday early evening.

Saturday collections are available via our secure collection box (outside of work hours), provided:
- Your order has been placed in advance, and
- The garment has been packed during business hours.
How to Book a Pick-Up:
- Select “Pick up in Milford” in the calendar widget on the product page.
- This will display pick up availability (this is different to postal availability)
Collection Details:
- Pick-up instructions, including collection box access details, are sent once your order is packed.
Postal Orders (NZ-Wide)
Standard Postal Cut-Offs (Weekend Events):
- Wednesday, 2:00pm for Friday/Saturday events
This ensures:
- At least 2 working days in transit on overnight courier
- Sufficient time for cleaning and dispatch
General Recommendation:
- Place orders at least 3 working days before your rental start date
- For rural addresses, we recommend allowing an additional 1–2 working days
Shipping Method:
- We use NZ Post overnight courier as our standard
- Please note:
- “Overnight” is an estimate, not a guarantee
- Delivery timeframes can vary due to network delays, weather, or regional processing times
Late Postal Orders (After Cut-Off)
- Our website may still show postal availability up until Thursday afternoon
- Orders placed after the Wednesday cut-off are considered “late orders”
If placing a late order:
- We strongly recommend selecting Saturday delivery to allow an extra delivery day
- Be aware:
- Both overnight courier and Saturday delivery are non-guaranteed services
- These bookings are made at the customer’s own risk
Try-On's
We unfortunately cannot offer last minute try ons. All try on availability is displayed on our Try on Page & is often fully booked out.
We can sometimes offer swap outs for local orders within our standard work hours if you find a garment does not suit. Please email us.
Order Placement Cut Offs
Please thoroughly read the diagrams provided and use them as a guide for placing your order.

Please note all orders made less than 3 full working days prior to the rental start date or after the Wednesday 2pm postal cut off are made at the renters own risk of not arriving. These are considered late orders.
Saturday delivery- Saturday delivery can be used on orders placed after the Wednesday 2pm cut off. However this is at your own risk. Please select Saturday delivery as your shipping option & email us so we can organise this promptly.
