Our dedicated NZ Post account manager helps us track and follow up on deliveries, while our automated booking system spaces rentals to allow time for cleaning and postage. To support timely returns, we send automatic reminders and include a dated return card and clear instructions with every order — helping to ensure garments are returned on time and in excellent condition.
