Try-On - Urgent

Urgent Try-On Appointments – STARTING MAY 8TH until Early June

A limited number of urgent try-on appointments will be released on our website at 9am each Thursday starting May 8th until June 5th. These sessions will take place that same Thursday evening.

Urgent try-ons are designed to assist customers who need a last-minute option for a Friday or Saturday ball that week—whether due to postal delays, a previous dress not suiting, or other unforeseen circumstances. During the appointment, you'll be able to choose from any garments still available for the weekend.

The try-on fee is fully redeemable if you book and take a garment home at the end of your appointment.

Try-On Info

• Location: Milford, Auckland (address is provided on a secondary booking email - this may sort to your spam/ junk mail)

• Duration: 30 minutes

• Cost: $50 (redeemable at the end of the try on ONLY)

• Conditions: Can only be booked by customers who need a garment urgently for that weekend.

• Customers who are already renting with us for a given week: This service cannot be used to select a swap out. You can organise a pick up swap out with us by emailing us. 

• Fitting Room: Single curtained space for 1 person. You may bring 1 friend or family member only. 

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for any urgent try on appointments. 

• Payment: Eftpos available

• Accessibility: The studio has stairs, but wheelchair users can view the studio from below the doorway

• Additional Notes: No bags, no makeup/fake tan, arrive on time as slots are back to back.
